Beyond providing attentive care and personalized support, our team brings professional expertise and experience working with a wide range of canine personalities and needs.

FAQ
Who will be caring for my pet?
All of our sitters are certified dog trainers who have dedicated their careers to animal welfare. Beyond daily care, they pay close attention to your pet's emotional well-being, routine, and individual needs.
Does my dog need to be friendly with strangers?
Not necessarily. Many of our clients have dogs who are shy, anxious, reserved, or uncomfortable around new people. A meet-and-greet allows us to evaluate the situation and create an approach that works for your dog.
Does the sitter stay at the house at all times?
No. Our sitters may leave the home for work or personal commitments. The maximum amount of time your pet may be left alone is always discussed before booking to ensure the service is appropriate for their needs.
Will I receive updates while I'm away?
Absolutely. We provide regular updates, photos, and videos so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pet is doing well.
Can you care for pets with special needs?
Yes. We can administer medications and follow specific instructions related to diet, mobility, or other care requirements.
How many pets do you care for at once?
We care exclusively for the pets in your household during your booking. Your companion will not be sharing their space with unfamiliar animals.
Is a meet-and-greet required?
Yes. A meet-and-greet allows us to get to know your pet, review their routine, and ensure the service is a good fit for everyone involved.
Why choose in-home pet sitting instead of boarding?
Many pets feel more comfortable staying in their own home. In-home pet sitting allows them to maintain their routine, remain in a familiar environment, and avoid the stress that boarding can sometimes create.
Can you care for reactive, anxious, or sensitive dogs?
In most cases, yes. Because all of our sitters are certified dog trainers, we have experience working with dogs who have a variety of behavioral and emotional needs. Each situation is evaluated individually to ensure the arrangement is safe and appropriate for both your dog and the sitter.
