General conditions of use of Canine Kindness' canine education services

Services: Canine Kindness will provide the client with dog training services as described in the service package chosen by the client.

​

Payment: Payment for services must be made in full before the practice sessions begin. Canine Kindness accepts payment by credit card (online), cash or electronic transfer.

​

Cancellation and Refunds: Clients can cancel their workouts at any time, but refunds will only be issued if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. If the customer cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, he will lose the amount of the session.

Responsibility: The client assumes full responsibility for his dog and his actions. Canine Kindness is not responsible for any damage, injury or loss caused by the customer's dog.

​

Health and vaccinations: The client must provide proof that his dog's vaccinations are up to date before the start of the training sessions. Client agrees to disclose any pre-existing medical condition, illness or injury that may affect the dog's ability to participate in training.

Consent to Training: By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the client consents to their dog receiving training from Canine Kindness.

Confidentiality: Canine Kindness undertakes to keep confidential all information concerning the client and his dog, except as required by law.

​

Social Media: We may take photos or videos of your dog during the training sessions for our social media channels. By participating in our services, you agree to this, but we will always ask for your written consent before using any content that identifies you or your dog by name. If you don't want your dog to be photographed or recorded, please let us know beforehand.

Modification of conditions: Canine Kindness reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without notice.

​

Applicable law: These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the province of Quebec.

​

By engaging Canine Kindness's dog training services, the client agrees to the above terms and conditions.
